Oil Spill Solution

A UK Inventor , Paul Bone has studied what is available on the BP web site and has come up with one possible solution to the oil spillage in the gulf. As an inventor Paul was concerned with the environmental impact the spillage was having in the area. He also feels, given further access to the full details of the spillage, he would be able to help solve the problem. although Paul is severely dyslexic and couldn't read until he was 12, those experiences helped him to problem solve and see things from a different perspective.
Paul's solution involves a solid rubber drum, with stainless steel segments, these segments allow the drum to be fixed tightly around the profile of the leak. The drum has been designed to either fit directly over the leak, or come in from the side to fit any profile. Once the bottom door is tightened into position, this will allow you to close the second door, and then to close the valve, already having closed off the gas valves on either side of the dome. When the bottom door closes the bolts on both sides will drop into place and be tightened up. By the second door closing after the first door, this allows you to control the pressure.
Paul has several versions of this design, and also has over 40 patents to his name, several of which, ironically are to do with fuel spillage, and he also sells a non spill flo-control fuel can.
Paul would also like to offer his condolences to the families of all of the deceased that lost their lives in this tragic accident.
