Question 3 : Why are the ball inert? I am not sure what your asking here but if you are referring to the Earth Dragon balls, there purpose is to summon Shenlong the Dragon for one wish. After the wish is granted then the balls disappear to different locations of the earth and turn to stone for 1 year. After one year you can search for them to summon Shenlong for another wish. But you have to gather all 7 balls and have them with you to summon Shenlong.

Answer because in combat that is a good place to hit someone to gain the upperhand.

Question 2 : Why does the orange guy have a Halo over his head? Because he is dead at this point and was allowed to return to Earth to save it.

it's actually NOT a good place to kick someone in a fight. I have been bouncing for years and am a muay thai instructor...there are better places.

1. the nads tend to be guarded by the legs and knees and can be hard to hit on a moving target.

2. when adrenaline flows, you usually don't feel a groin shot until AFTER the fight, which is too late.

i don't know much about dragon ball, i was raised on transformers and gi joe but i have some questions

1. why do they always try to kick each other in the balls, is that where their powers come from

2. why does that orange guy have a halo over his head

3. whay are the ball inert.
