  • You probably have an anterior pelvic tilt.

    What happens: Your abdominal structure (internal) isn't strong enough to keep your spine in a neutral position. Due to the leverage during pushups your pelvic tilts, hyperextending your back and causing you pain.

    This is extremely common in todays society due to extended sitting (computers, school, office) and inactivity.

    It is one of the most common causes of back pain in the western world.

  • can negative push up 1 an 2 be done as a regular workout how affective is it regular push ups hurt my back even if i do them correct
