This is a music video for Rupert Holmes', "Escape (The Pina Colada Song)." Shot on two 1-CCD digital video cameras and edited on Final Cut Pro, it features some great time lapse shots of art work of Adam Dix and scenery from around the San Francisco Bay Area and Central Oregon. Many thanks to my sister, Cheri, and her husband (then fiance), Rob. That Thanksgiving weekend, the three of us we scrambling all over town getting shots. Thanks! This was shot on two cheap standard definition consumer camcorders and the footage was edited using Final Cut Pro HD.

I really love that you used real people for this, rather than supermodels. They are such a cute couple, and it makes such a difference. Why did you cut out some of the song, though, like in the man's response?
Still, I think you guys did an amazing job, and this was a very sweet video.

Good ear! I did have to cut out some of the song, at the request of my instructor. I had a limited amount of footage, and to stretch it out over the whole verse made it rather boring. If I could re-shoot, I would.
