Fixing his teeth is not a big deal, almost everybody fix their teeth,whether it is with braces, taking out the molars, veneers or any other mean. That's a very normal,simple and common procedure. It's not a plastic surgery or anything else.
I would have done the same if i had that problem and i bet any of you would have done the same too.
