CSX ballast train in Cartersville,GA

A CSX ballast train heads onto the W&A and meets a freight also on the W&A. For those of you familiar of this spot you know that this doesn't happen too often. But the ballast train switches onto a siding which usually just used as a yard track and theres usually cars sitting on it. Thats the first time I've seen them do this but I'm not saying that its never been done before. I have seen them do that on the K&A though. I saw Q142 do it. Sorry about the shakeyness through part of the video but I was walking trying to get a better shot of it going into the siding.

it's called the southbound there cod,

on the timetable junta is actually listed as having a short passing siding, although it looks like he is using a yard track there. i haven't wandered around the yard or wye there, just briefly checked it out a few times.
