Who cares if the insurance company is reputable or not?

The whole idea is you pay $100 a month to keep the government thugs off your back, and never have to use the policy.

The government is a CORRUPT, and $100 a month is the BRIBE, to be left alone.

To be clear, our constitution allows for only 3 kinds of indirect taxes: Duties, Imposts, and Excises. Duties apply to imports and imposts to consumption, that only leaves EXCISES.

An EXCISE tax is a tax on engaging in AN ACTIVITY, which is considered a PRIVILEGE. So an excise is a tax, on a the exercise of a privilege. No taxable activity, no tax.

So what kind of tax is this?

The minimum requirement for filing, according to the commonly accepted propaganda, is $600 lousy dollars. There are lots of working homeless people who make a lot more than that in a year.

If you had your way, even the working homeless would have "taxes" withheld from their paychecks so that government can provide benefits to those who have homes, paid for by those who do not.

Oh, but a year later, they can file to get their money back.

IRS has stated that there are 60 million "non-filers" in America. That is 1 in 5. If you count only workers, its more like 1 in 3.

I don't see 60 million Americans being arrested or going to prison for "failure to file", much less 300+ million.
