  • Awesome, I want ham! That's cool stuff, I'm going to have to try that on a long road trip. A tip for the potatoes, sprinkle them with dry onion soup mix for that extra "something, something".

  • Things actually cook faster above the muffler. Turbo is preferred.

  • The engine block of an old Peugeot 504 diesel is ideal for cooking.

  • With today's gas prices, I prolly won't be doing this anytime soon.

  • My dad did the same thing with tin cans, in his VW Transporter (older model) he stuck the tin can next to the engine - just seemed to be made for this.
