What is the Campaign For Liberty? (in a nutshell)

It was created because neither major political party challenges the status quo in any serious way.

Why don't they talk about the major issues that are eroding America?

Neither offers any kind of change in monetary policy.
Neither wants to make the reductions in government that our crushing debt burden demands.
Neither talks about bringing American troops home not just from Iraq but from around the world.

Our country is going bankrupt, and none of these sensible proposals are even on the table.

The U.S. Constitution is at the heart of what the Campaign for Liberty stands for.

With our Founding Fathers, we also believe in a noninterventionist foreign policy.

We believe that the free market is the most just and humane economic system and the greatest engine of prosperity the world has ever known.

We believe that central banking distorts economic decision making and misleads entrepreneurs into making unsound investments.

We oppose the dehumanizing assumption that all issues that divide us must be settled at the federal level and forced on every American community.

Our country is ailing. That is the bad news.

The good news is that the remedy is so simple and attractive:

...a return to the principles our Founders taught us.
...respect for the Constitution, the rule of law, individual liberty, sound money.
...and a noninterventionist foreign policy.

These constitute the foundation of the Campaign for Liberty.

2000 years ago the "religious establishment" rejected Jesus.

2000 years later, the "political establishment" rejected Ron Paul.

Ron Paul may be in the minority, and some may call his Campaign for Liberty followers crazed and delusional, but I for one think that Paul is right. We HAVE gotten far away from the true principles intended in our Constitution!

We do need to protect our liberty. We do need to do essentially an emergency lipposuction on our government for the good of America.

How hypocritical. The reason sports stars make so much money is because of the TV rights generated by the people who lay around watching them, that's YOU! Your name says it all. Stay glued to the boob tube and keep watching those sporting events, because it sure as hell is a lot easier to do than to engage in activities that actually benefit society. Walking to the PC during the 7th inning stretch to insult others trying to make a difference makes you clueless at best. Now go watch TV!

If they don't our country is doomed! These campaign for liberty nuts are fighting for your family, neighbor, and friends to have a more prosperous life with the protection of your civil liberties! Many times 3rd party candidates are picked up by one of the two parties.....It is a revolution, not an election! Like the women's rights movement....government is not the answer....educating the public IS!!!!
