Cam is out, CNC is in!
Up to 6000 RPM and 18 HP on the CNC, it simply blows away conventional cam-operated screw machines. Even retrofitted CNC Brownies are no match in versatility and efficiency.

  • we have one cam machine an escomatic and 6 soon to be 8 citizen swiss machines show me some real parts if you wanna sell me your junk the parts your showin here my swiss machines do in there sleep and by the thousands

  • @guitarzan1283

Dude, you do know that we cut brass only for the purpose of shooting the video, right? Otherwise, you cannot see what the machine is doing with all the splashing and oil mist.

What your citizen swiss does in their sleep (8 hours) is what we can make in 2 hours. How about that for efficiency? Swiss is the choice for people who do not know any better and not really looking for faster throughput.

If you give me your name, address, and phone number, I will show you what we can do.

  • Depends on your product. When you have a line of 150 cam screw machines spitting out millions of parts per year, going to CNC's is not an option.

  • @Vodichka9

Sure, very simple parts or blanks to be used in 2nd ops can and are still being spitted out by cam screw machines, but we can complete most parts in 1 op. How many of these million-parts-per-year parts do we still make in the U.S.? We are still faster than cam machines because of faster feeds and speeds, but more flexible for family of parts! We even beat out Index ABC in a few real-world customer jobs. Let us quote on your jobs if you want to increase your ROI and throughput.
