Defectors - "Forever and Never"

Great track from San Francisco 80's band 'Defectors' -NOT the Danish band by the same name. "Forever and Never" is part of the long-out-of-print LP "The Quake FM99 presents... Rock of '84" which featured 10 tracks by some of the best San Francisco Bay Area bands. I won't be uploading the Robert Seidler track as he has a great live performance upload here. I love the Defectors and saw them at the Cotati Cab and in SF a couple of times in the 80s.

I am looking for a song by these guys and it's not on the album pictured on this video. I don't know the name of the song but I know it was covered by another band, possible a punk band. Some of the lyrics...

Thanks for being a big part of my love of music. My friends and I came to see u every time you played in Guerneville, we were about 14 or 15 and very much in love with the band, very fond memories. I would love to be able to buy an album or two are they available for purchase?

Awesome band! It's one of the most played 80's albums on my ipod. My favorite songs from this record are "Breath To Breath", "In My Heart" and "Run With You Tonight". 80's new wave/power pop/post punk just rocks.
