Good interview with Kirk...and then a very dissapointing (and by dissapointing I mean just not good) rendition of Julie-O...having taken lessons with Mark Summer that is NOT how the piece is supposed to be played. And he's playing that in Round 2 of the Tchaikovsky Competition? Really? Pick something you play better...just saying.
