It would definately be the ones that I call Squidies ( I always make up my own names for enemies) - After looking up a Dead Space enemies list I've found out they are called Appendages (the little bastards in chapter 7 part 9 when you leave the elevator.

Because I'm such a bad shot and they move fast in a random way I have a real problem hitting them.

I admit that this place stressed me out, but this is not the hardest area haha. Oh well different strokes for different folks...
