Sorry, but it will never happen, with zero effort. The one must identify either he Too much depressed or not. In your case, If you dont trust noone and Lost interest to everyone. So get a relligion. Or just take off your boots, and travel your country asking food. Its kind'a radical. but it helps. Good Luck

I have been using cannabis for about 2 and a half years regularly everyday. I've lately noticed that ive been having some chronic depression. Its hard to explain how i feel but its horrible. im always judging what i do, i find it harder to socialize with people, i feel ugly. it seems like life is going by super fast and its bothering me. its like i went from being a little kid to an adult in an instant. could it be from the cannabis? someone please help.

@Cassady1AndOnly Same here. Dysthymia is called "minor depression", which is bullshit.

I really liked this video ... my question is, who should identify those who are too depressed to talk about thier problems.Im one of them, i dont believe in doctors help anymore, I lost intrest in every thing, life, people, and even treatment! I'm still trying hard with my self, but I often dont feel that i can do that.. I just give up and surrender... the only thing that I believe in now is that my problems to be solved and my life should be changes totally and with zero effort.

Thanks for posting this, dysthymia is something I'm currently dealing with. I've learned to implement some of the thought processes used to overcome negative thoughts, but I'm seriously thinking that some meds might also be a huge help.
