ohhh xD it's simple (first,sry for re[ying too late,i was out>>) after you outline your char in neon colors,you save the pic as a 16 color bitmap,then you open it , take the pick color tool thingy,make your eraser big,pick the colors you want to erase,and erase 'em ! xD simple,see?
