Actually, Andy was not in the group yet. He didn't become a member until about 18 months after this.
So "The Phantom Snogger"'s identity is a mystery. He doesn't have the ears to be Simon, though. :-)
Similarly, the woman is not American singer Martha Tilson who had also not joined the band at this point.
