Well if you were to abolish the minimum wage unemployment would go down a lot, because they might not be the best jobs with the best pay. Yet it's a job and we can't afford to keep giving this massive amount of welfare. And people can't be sleeping on the streets.

the only way to recover is through savings, investments, and production... everything that the government taxes.

what makes the economy worse is continued borrowing and spending... everything the government subsidizes.

Government is the problem. Government makes everything worse.

Abolish the income tax.
Abolish the federal reserve.
Ease the regulatory burdens.

Let private enterprise fix the problems that government has created.

That's b/c the war on drugs makes alot of money for the warriors. why do you think they're in Afghanistan? 98% of world's opium comes from right there. Oh yeah, that's right, bringing them freedom from oppression. spreading democracy.

he's right, though. why not hear the truth, learn from it, and move on.

You want to hear lies, keep listening to the people who got us into this, and keep on doing the same thing. Bush did it, the people went along. Now here's obama, doing same things bush did, people are going along with it, and it will end same. these gov guys are trying to kill the economy, and they have people like you, who want to hear lies, to keep the sham going.

"The consumer mite have led us in this recession" Is what the man said. The consumer is the American people right? So it sounds like he is blaming the American people for this mess. When is the Federal reserve, big banks and multi national corporations created this mess and coned the American people to go with it. Maybe I miss understood him but that's what it sounds like.

I think he is saying the consumer led us into the recession by taking out loans they cant pay mortgages they cant afford and debt they have no intention of paying.... This was allowed to happen by the Fed, big banks, and multi national corps....
