Japan Earthquake: building makes scary rattling sound

Building in Kamiyacho, Tokyo, makes a scary sound as it shakes and sways in the M9.0 Japan earthquake, on March 11 2011. The building making the sound is the black one on the left.

The sound is a rhythmic metallic clanking, and it is best heard at:
0:00-0:07, 0:21-0:27, 0:36-0:43, and 1:03-1:20
The recording on an iPhone does not do it justice: in real life, the sound was really loud and scary.

If you look carefully (but it is difficult, with the video itself shaking), you can also spot some of the buildings swaying.
