Obama wants to get serious about green energy growth

Sen. Obama speaks at the Jefferson Jackson Dinner in Indianapolis May 4, 2008, and says he wants to get serious about green energy and start telling the truth about what his 5 million-job plan will mean for the U.S. economy. Obama demanded that polluters be made to pay fines, which would be used to develop wind, solar, and biofuel energy.

He used two independent data sets, weather balloon and satellite for his findings. 1 /2 Obama stop offshore drilling until it was reinstated. This could cause a $5 a gallon increase, because we would grow dependent upon foreign nations we are not allies with in order to provide our oil. Cap and Trade (American Power Act) would increase gas prices increase by $2.58 a gallon according to George C. Marshall Institute& taxes on the average household up to $3200 according to the RNC Foreign countries price gouge w/ gas prices to $10/gal!.

If the USA really wanted to change things for the better, they would start growing comercial HEMP now. The impact on the world be incredable. It could replace petro chemical plastics with bio-degradeable plastic, and reduce the oil consumption by half.
