This is an exact example of me using my punching bag as a weight during my routine.

For this exercise I do 10 reps during my routine; I then repeat my entire routine 2-3 more times during the day that I choose to exercise on.

I usually use this exercise directly after my warm up stretches, right before I climb up on to the punching bag to begin the 'serious' exercises.

I feel it helps get all of my arm muscles ready for the extra strain of lifting my entire body weight at slightly odd angles for an extended period of time.

The bag itself weighs roughly 20kg, and at the time of this video I weighed 64kg; just for those that wish to know.

Oh and remember! Only do the exercises you enjoy doing, otherwise you may just give up all together!

If you don't enjoy it, change it! Enjoyment is the win!

PS: Sorry for the lack of shirt/singlet, I don't like it falling into my face when exercising.

PPS: Sorry for the blurryness, my webcams kinda old.

  • hey anobrax people sometimes brag about there punching bag to be bigger then mine i dont care but i wanna prove them wrong that they dot kow how to work the system if you know what i mean like if you are a person that does 10 pounds ad you just decide to go to 50 instead isnt that bad for you

  • @funnyazn1 I'm not quite sure I follow what you're saying entirely, but I've always stood by the "it's not the size that counts, it's how you use it" saying as tried and true. lol

Also, from what I understand, as long as you aren't overexerting yourself to the point of damaging your muscles/tendons, then any weight is fine as long as you know how to work with it safely. Jumping from 10pounds to 50 shouldn't be an issue, heavier weights merely require less reps to stay within that safety range.

  • ur pretty tank for your size good exercizes im gonna use em thanks

  • @Toohey93 Np, ty. :)
