Keep the focus on hunger. What matters in making sure we recognize what we can do to help those in need. One way you can help in this effort: skip one meal this week, and earmark the money you would have spent on that meal as a donation to the Northern Illinois Food Bank. Bring your donation with you to the Thomas Jefferson Dinner, where we will pass them along to Pete Schaefer, the CEO of the Food Bank.
