I can remember buying Left for Dead at Clwb Ifor Bach, and the guy behind the table said ''Well done mate, thats the 1st one we've sold''. I was chuffed to bits, then I skanked my tits off then passed out outside the Millenium Stadium. Good times.

one of the best welsh bands ever. its just a damn shame they never got the recognition they deserve.

If you get spotify it has lubby nugget and shootin goon albums on there, also alot of household name stuff and loadsa rare eps =)

Love em......saw them first over a decade ago now and their tunes still pick me up and make me smile.
I actually WORE OUT my cd of splottside rocksteady bout 5 years ago....totally gutted. Never been able to find a copy since and then an HD crash partially destroyed my music collection. Those lost to the graveyard were all goon tunes, all my Cptn everything, lubby nugget, the list goes on....pretty much everything mainstream i could get back, but dammit i almost cried.

A mate of mine gave me the Left For Dead cd a couple of Christmas' ago and I haven't stopped listening to it since, gutted I never got to see these lot. Just goes to show good music will last forever, underground ska FTW!
