  • Who gets the most from them?

  • @savemyplaylist Not all of us. Our country is full of idiots like every country.

  • and the dip shit americans voted for this corporate shill

  • This video touches on most all of the highlights of who -and what- made Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae such a mess:

Liberal programs fostered by democrats to bend the rules for loan application approvals for applicants that didn't deserve it. Govenrment funds (dollars from working taxpayers) paid off the loans when they defaulted, and private investors made money on the loans all the way. The Liberal program got everyone feeding at the trough, ignoring their conscience. The gov't guarantees them!

  • Here are their names All Dems voted nay

    All Republicans voted yea

Democrats: Paul S Sarbanes Md, Christopher Dodd Conn, Tim Johnson SD, Jack Reed RI, Chuck Schumer NY, Evan Bayh Ind, Thomas R Carper Del, Debbie Stabenow Mich, Robert Menendez NJ

Republicans: Richard Shelby Ala, Robert Bennett Utah, Wayne Allard Colo, Mike Enzi Wyo, Chuck Hagel Neb, Rick Santorum Pa, Jim Bunning Ky, Mike Crapo Idaho, John E Sununu NH, Elizabeth Dole NC Mel Martinez Fla

  • He chose not to affiliate himself with further attempts by Hagel. If he was really in favor of the legislation why didn't he keep on supporting it? That is a flop for me. Be consistent once you make a stand. Some people might come around later. It's normal. But once you do, stay consistent.

  • Please list how many Dems vs Republicans on that committee.
