Yea, that worked. I created the whole thing (same out pretty nice) but then i had to remove the adobe after effects as it came out that its not legal :( . I dont have anought money to buy the original one which is like £300 if im not wrong, so i guess no after effects for me ;-(..... anyway i love your videos they are very helpful!

@mfirebird3000 Either increase the time between the Fractal Noise layer's offset turbulence keyframes on the timeline, or reduce the value of the second keyframe you create.

@nicolaaizz Use the CTRL+N shortcut key to create a new composition. Drag the new comp from the project panel onto the composition timeline to use it as an element in one of your composites.
