  • They'll get what's coming to them. I'm lookin for a position in help desk and hope not to come across this product if it's what u say. Is track-it a very popular app in the help desk field. Just graduated and looking for entry-level so I don't really know?

  • We bought this application for the company I work for, what a mess. The download was buggy, and that is acceptable at times if the sales rep did not mislead us and try to push us to pay for something that does not work. I do not recommend this application to anyone. thier remote and deplyment tool do not integrate. So many companies are dropping this for the competition. I saw the videos 4MORE2GO is talking about, terrible no wonder employees are so pissed of :-).

  • I just quit this company, whomever did this video cant be more right, thier CEO and Sales manager have short man syndrome and take it off on thier employees, Latin, disabled, female, mintority all treated with bias. Good thing thier sales are dropping and employees bailing out despite the current economy. Clients/prospects are deceived by sales to simply make quota numbers.

  • Speak of the devil, the Company's Board of Directors finally came to thier senses and FIRED the Director of NA Sales who for so long acted a Dictator towards his employees, and discriminated towards so many others due to gender, race, health etc. As for the others who acted on his behalf, it is simply a matter of time.

  • It is sad to see what is happening with the employees in this company. I heard the other day that someone took a voluntary demotion so they would not be harassed by management anymore. Apparently HR turned on them as well. How terrible??? Specially when you have mouths to feed. Taking a voluntary pay cut to stop the harassment. If I was that employee I would call a lawyer.

  • I worked for thier support team for a year or so, when ver 8 was released with known bugs we reported, mngmt lectured us if we told clients that ver 8 wont work in their env. after failing to fix. Sales reps were desperate, we pushed calls untill sale closed. After a while you feel dirty lying, so I started being honest to clients, some sales reps and mngrs did not like that, I got demoted, then quit, it is wrong to SPIN the truth as they tell us it's called. If u use thier products, u know it.

  • Dude you could not be more right, it used to be popular before the CEO and VP of sales screwed the product up. Now they got FootPrints too which will soon head down the drain. These guys do not care for clients all they want is money. Most of thier employees are jumping ship.

  • I commend you for standing up for what is right. Most people would not get involved.

    jrozycki...it is/was a popular app before version 8. since the increased price and technical issues, there are better applications for a log less. More important there are better companies out there who care about their customers. see the other numara software videos posted by NSAbuse
