  • While I enjoy the more traditional dishes here in the US, the typical stuff, I really enjoy a exploring world dishes too. A little more excitement there, frankly LOL. One of the really neat things about goat is that it is considered a mild flavored beef. And it really is. Anyway, I try anything I can get my hands on, from southwest (Mexican) to traditional Spanish, Indian, Caribbean, and Asian. Because it is a red meat, I work it from there and try everything.

  • Being half Jamaican curried goat is a popular dish. I remember watching my father prepare it in a large dish basin and just really seasoning it up. We would then have it with rice & peas. You mentioned you used them for meat & milk. What kind of goat meat dishes have you done or do you sell the meat?

  • Ah so cute..... Always wondered what goats are like as pets. They have personalities for sure! LOL1

  • okay... now I know what the comfy's for... that clears that up :-)
