  • Hello! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my m8 got great Six pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it

  • i want to lose my c-section fat :'( i dont like that i have a belly..i always had a nice body and when i had my daughter 19 months ago then my 4 onth old both c-sections its hard to lose. i just felt likt giving up on my body i think i did but im going to give it one more try with this excerise. good luck
