  • i was gladly surprised by the applause at the end. 4'33'' is a clever, meaningfull piece by john cage, and this was quite a nice remake, done with passion and honesty.

    the conductor and musicians acted respectfully, not at all as if they were trying to pull a joke on the audience - and for sure that was why the audience reacted in an equaly respectfull way.

    grats!

    PS: "please do not clap between the movements" was a nice touch ;]

  • one of the best performances i've seen so far :)

    letting the audience understand what's going on is extremely important to the piece. and it's something often ignored by many people.
