  • The cadet challenge calls for 100 in a minute. I don't think that's actually possible.

  • There will be an instructor holding your feet down at all times. That person will also be timing you and counting yours sit ups. I'm getting ready for law enforcement training, too. Good luck!

    P.S. Very helpful video.

  • Does the police testing facility let you use something to hold your feet down?

    That's my biggest fear when I go to take the test; if I have to just rest my feet on the ground, this is going to be REALLY hard. And I'm in pretty good shape ( to me )
