Signal was reflected by an ionised trail left by a meteorite burning up in the atmosphere.
The station was identified by the unique PI code of D363 which it broadcasts. This is the first part of RDS information to form so is very useful in identifying the source of short lived FM signals.
The classical music station heard toward the end of the meteor "ping" is probably BR3 from Dillberg in Bavaria, Germany.
Receiver used was a Sony SB920 with a 4 element Yagi fed through a 20 db amp

The Station via FM 87,60 was Bayern 4,the Classic Channel from the "Bayerischer Rundfunk".
