This is a quick work-out of basic kicks and punches. it is easy to remember and intense enough to get a great fitness work out. Great for kickboxing, boxing, martial arts and for personal trainers. Presented by Andrew Dickinson, founder of Northstar Martial Arts in Australia For further info, check out http://northstarmartialarts.com.au/ and the blog at http://www.northstarmartialarts.com.au/weblog/.

  • this is really good, I have been thinking of taking up kickboxing but have been dissuaded by the constant thought of not being able to master the basics, but it seems quite simple if I put the effort in. Thank you very much for uploading the video.

  • @lololilolalo It's because they do a martial art called "Shinbudo", which takes strikes from Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Boxing, etc but also do a LOT of ground work, grappling & throws from BJJ, Judo & Daito Ryu.

It's basically MMA but more traditional
