Incredible Dog Hero

You have to see this little movie to actually believe what happened here so please take the time to watch it. I am not going to give it away but will just say that this is the most amazing and mind blowing dog behavior I have ever seen and it results in a true dog hero emerging and one you will never forget.

Did the dog really live? There's a terrible looking mark on the road at 0:36. :/

*While I was writing this, I Googled an article on the story. I know most decent thinking people would like to believe the dog survived, but according to the Los Angeles Times the dog that was dragged from the road did not survive. :( Apparently the dog that attempted to rescue the other one fled and it is suggested that it was a stray.
