Large trash collection truck in Fairfax County, VA

In Fairfax County, VA, we can call the county to dispose of large items. In this case, a neighbor was throwing out some old furniture, so a truck came to haul it away. I never knew how this worked until a few days ago, and I wanted to catch it on video for others to see. It just takes two guys, a big truck and a hydraulic grabber on a swiveling arm. Enjoy!

It does do a pretty good job, Mike, although it was a little overexposed on this shot. That was in automatic exposure, too. You can get the latest version of this camera for as little as $500. Editing it takes some software and a fast computer.

Ha! No, I thought about running out in the morning but was still in my bathrobe. My wife's gonna think I'm nuts. I will try to get it in the upcoming weeks, though.
