I would hesitate to regulate like that. The market can do that to a reasonable extent if megacorporate oligopolies are busted by Truthers and consumers and truly free markets.
Examine some of my videos on the water car and electromagnetic generators. That is a better choice to regulate, Cesarb. We don't need ethanol.
GE recently bought a functioning startup microorganism fuel oil plant in Texas, and dismantled it. This act is felonious in the world today because of our starvation.

I agree williambunker2008. I too think cars need to be regulad by weight.

I will ban the sale of food ethanol in quantites larger than 50 gallons in Massachusetts. You can grow grease-grasses on non-arable land for that if you want. This is a global food emergency.

You bring up some interesting facts bludrums. I never knew a gold course uses that much water!!!
Sugar beets produce 4x as much ethanol then corn, its another scam and the people will suffer thanks to Bush's energy corp plan. One golf course uses enough water for 30,000 families.Use hemp and it can solve many of the worlds problems. Its Not about solutions to these people! Its about money ,control, and depopulation !
