@ralstond933 Haha, I think I did it the best I could lol which quite honestly I think I did a terrible job. He tells you to repeat it a few times, which I didn't. Probably should of but one was enough for me.

@ralstond933 mm improvements within a week, consistent results after a month and a half. You got to be patient. People who use three step systems battle with their acne constantly because the face washes only fix the external problem. The real problem is internal though, so you have to keep strengthening and cleansing your body. God knows most of the food we eat is terrible for our internal health.
