you know. the hurdles are on the left...

@Rddd321 of course we should talk shit they cant make it over the hurdle with out knocking it down they'll be DQ'd in every meet they run
-
First of all, everyone who commented that they suck. . . obviously hasn't hurdled 42's before because that's what it looks like for a normal person or a person who is short. Liu Xiang, David Oliver, and Dayron Robles make it look easy. The short guy in the blue spandex is prolly the best one here in terms of speed and form

training for what? the special dim sum olympics?
-
alright, first of all, they're Asian, including me, and we asians have short legs unlike you guys' who have long legs. And second, those Hurdles are full height, so it's hard for them to actually "hurdle" them, they gotta Jump the thing. That's why they're struggling.

Not true. They're in spikes and running at full speed.
They all have the same problem, and it's that they're not pulling their trail leg through fast enough and close enough to the body. This creates a shortened 2nd step in the 3-step rhythm required for any 110 meter hurdle race. Lack of height prevents a quick lead leg snap down, limiting forward momentum.
They finish their workout with "flying 150's", starting at the top of the curve at full speed to the common finish line.
