Social Media Reading List for School Leaders

After my big 'why we need an iPhone app' pitch crashed and burned and after trying to explain Twitter to folks I decided it was time to make a reading list for school leaders when considering social media as a part of our communication strategy.

Rather than just talk about how effective these tools are, I decided to use social media tools to demonstrate how effective they are. This video tells the story of what all went down.

I'll keep you posted if we come around again on that iPhone app...

Update 7-21: I misspelled the twitter name for the Elementary School Heads Association! They are a great org - check them out at @elemschheads or http://www.elementaryschoolheads.org.

Update 7-22: Grr, I misspelled Windward School, another great institution at https://www.windwardschool.org. This and the previous error now corrected with annotations. Publish now, edit later? Guess so - sorry folks!
