I don't know whitch is better-Sony Ericsson neo V,Samsung galaxy ace or HTC Wildfire...

Wildfire is small,Neo V looks like PSP and Galaxy ACE is android 2.2...

And yeah,what is the difference between Android 2.2 and 2.3?

2.3 is the newer version of android which was released after 2.2

Newer versions add more functionalities, optimises performance etc...
