Keiichi Morisato is just a college student who is hungry for takeout. But one wrong phone number ends him up getting a goddess named Belldandy who can grant him 1 wish. He wished Belldandy to be his girlfriend forever and now they have to test their relatioship with each other as they have to put up with other people who are complicating their relationship.

Thanks. I agree with you on the short thing. I just wished that they could have made this anime longer so you can get to know the characters more. Lucky for me, there is already a tv series which I am definitely gonna get my hands on.

Nice review, I also consider the short 5 episode length to be a problem but it's still good, thankfully I heard there was a TV series, though I don't know much regarding that.

Interesting review, I've always been curious about this OVA but you really gave me a good insight into how it is. I personally favor the TV series in all aspects you mentioned: voice acting, animation, and music. The Tv series also follows the manga far more accurately but really nice job on the review.

well the manga at the time had very little volumes, and it's serialized in japan pretty spordadically like berserk. i've only seen the anime in japanese and this is my first and only exposure to the dub. the dub just doesn't feel right to me
