Just playing around with my new Ridgid RV2600B industrial 2 stage vac I got today, and also showing my old WD1450 I am giving to my friend. It saw a lot of long hours during my basement remodel and I wanted a bigger and better one to replace it.

  • yep, they both sound like vacs. thanks for the great video, now I know how NEVER to shoot a video. Now I will go look for a video on vac demo's. ...There's 5 and a half minutes of life I'll never get back.....

  • @mazda3sp05 I found this on google - sums it up pretty well. It’s the number of fans used in the manufacture of the motor. Also a two stage motor usually has a bigger winding, (fields assembly), and larger armature, which gives it more power to turn the two fans, as opposed to what it takes to turn just one. If you find a single stage motor that makes as much vacuum, (water lift), as a two stage, it’s because the single stage is running faster, (higher rpms, shorten motor life span).
