@78MrChris yeah you are right but i developed some wpf applications in xp and it is framework that matters isnt it.

@freemanintheworld Hi - sorry but WPF is a Windows Vista and upwards (Windows 7, Windows 2008, etc) technology. XP isn't even supported now, and is free now with Virtual PC. It's over 15 years old!
