Adverse drug reactions are the 4th leading cause of death in the US. Our guest on this episode of Main Street Law is Houston Attorney Terry Bryant of Terry Bryant Accident & Injury Lawyers. The discussion centers on this issue of dangerous drugs, how often drugs are recalled, the FDA's adverse-event reporting system and how a lawsuit is filed in a claim involving a defective drug.

I agree! Big pharm and government say natural drugs are bad like for instance marijuana 100% natural 0 deaths reported in over 10,000 years, yet they push these harmful chems down our throat as fast as they can because it lines there pockets and then they line the governments pockets makes me sick! Ever listen to one of there drug ads notice all the side effects they cause more harm than good side effects like suicide, death, explosive diarrhea something is wrong here? sickening!

i been on fluoxetine hcl 40mg for about 6 months now im getting ready to get off it gives me mood swings suicidal thoughts but before that i was on Welbutrin 30mg and that kept making me see little blue dots, seems like it helps one thing then fucks up another thing...so these drug manufacturers should give me money for compensation, i got irreversable brain damage.

I almost died 2 times from adverse drug reactions. One was an antibiotic Cipro and another was a new pain medication called Nucynta. When you report it to the physican they just brush it off and act like it is not true.
