It looks more like a hawk. A Philippine eagle's wings don't flap that fast.

kung gusto niyo makakita ng eagle punta kau d2 sa palawan pati hawk at pati palawan owl dun nga sa bukid ng lolo ko dmo lang minsan cnsadya nasa daanan lang ang palawan owl madami na kami na huli niyan at di lang yan makita mo d2 sa palawan madami pa!! mga hayop na dmo mkita sa buong mundo d2 lang sa palawan kinkatay nga lang ng iba yan d2 mga eagle nayan ahehehehe. panu ga pamkain ng manok!! ahehehe.

@mutadis1 im pretty sure its not a phil, eagle more like palawan eagle,, walang philppine eagle sa palawan sobra rare nun kahit sa davao hindi basta basta makkita
