Street food in Korea is really not great. It's nothing compared to what you get in Singapore, HK, Vietnam, or Thailand, and I think it's a large reason why tourists flock to those countries and not Korea. Usually it's strange lumps of carbs in Korea - very rarely do you see good meat, particularly fresh seafood, and when you do it's not that fresh. Fried noodle and vegetable dishes are almost entirely absent in Korea, which is strange given the proximity to China.
