Photo montage of 9/11 overlaid with the poem "Met In The Stairwell". I did not create the audio overlay, but did add the video portion.

  • God is anything but disgusting, and if you were on that plane, I'm sure you would have been crying out for God too. And if you tell me that him being with you would be disgusting, then I am truely sad for you because you don't realize the comfort and strength that God gives us in times of need and total dispair. I hope you can see the courage and stregth that God was able to give those people to their end. Without him, we'd be lost, in this scary world, without even the smallest bit of hope.

  • Thank you so much. I can't watch anything about 9/11 without crying. I always wondered when my grandparents cried during things about WWII....now I know. May God bless America. He works all things for good. I would be in such despair without Him.

  • @texans2 do you know Brian summe?

  • even though i was only 1 years old every video i watch is a tear jerker but in this one its different i sobbed the first time i watched this video godbless everyone that survied in this attack and my condolences to the family members that lost loved ones

  • We are never alone, and that is truly comforting.

  • I remember hearing this poem some years ago and heard it again on the radio today, whick prompted me to look for it on YouTube. It is truly moving and speaks to the heart of people that already believe in God or are trying to make sense of the tragedy.

  • Beautiful

  • Though we may not agree with everything this video says, the crux of the message is "Be prepared to meet God anytime and anywhere." And to memoralize those who died on that fateful day of 9-11-01.

  • When you watch this, remember there were no clergy invited to attend the memorial ten years later. I have no doubt that Jesus was there on that terrible day reaching out to take those who cried out to Him for help. I know He was with me as I watched in horror when the towers fell. He is here 10 years later, saddened as our Government tries to keep His followers from participating in the memorial. Without Him, we are nothing.

  • I'm an atheist, but I respect your beliefs. And I respect this video.

And yes, it did and still always makes me cry.

Can we...forget religion, for a moment, please? This video is a comfort for many other people. Can we just...give them...give us that moment?
