I just said I had never heard of Narvel Felts, but I was wrong, I grew up hearing him sing this song in the 60's. He is great. Thanks for posting. Love his sound. God Bless

On this day in 1976 {May 22nd} "Lonely Teardrops} entered Billboard's Hot Top 100; eventually it peaked at #62 and spent 4 weeks on the Top 100...
It reached #5 on Billboard's Country chart and also #5 on the Canadian Country chart...
Two other versions have charted; the original & the greatest by Jackie Wilson, peaking at #7 in 1959 and by Brian Hyland, #54 in 1971...

that is a real fact this man is and always has been the greatest singer in the world and i mean bar none his voice is of the finest and clearest i've ever heard im sure glad i got to meet him and his new bride .
