One wonders why he is so upset about this issue, which is really a civil rights issue, in my opinion. "Thou protesteth too much," Bill.
That said, I'm against all marriages cause frankly I don't now anyone under 40 who has honored their vows anyway. And I don't think anyone should get a tax break for a choice they make (marriage, buy a house, etc. as I believe in a flat tax for all, period.)

I voted yes on prop 8. marriage is a union for a man and a woman.

I'm mixed on the constitutional amendment. On one hand, it's important for the constitution to evolve and be less discriminating, but on the other, America is (or is supposed to be) run by the people, so the people need to have a say in things like this.

It's not about being black, it's about being uneducated, which, whether you want to believe it or not, are still largely not properly educated. They see a (half) black person running for President and vote for that person no matter what his or her views are, yet retain the the close-minded traditional leanings that have been prevalent for so many years. It sucks but it's true.

someone needs to take this guy off the air. the no spin zone is a joke what it means is no spin different to oriellys shallow conservative veiws on the world. while we cant change the fact that california voted against gay marriage, proposition 8 was only beaten by 5 points. Orielly seems to confuse the ideas of radicalism and progresive. the two are not synomous unlike his name and "moron"

Uh yeah, it's fascism to allow gay marriage.
Courts are imposing this vile heinous thing on the innocent straight people of Massachusetts by telling them they can't decide whether or not Gay people can have the same right that they have.
I guess it was fascism when the Supreme Court said that African Americans could have equal rights even though measures passed by voters said otherwise.
