Annual Dinner Inaugurates "Hand in Hand" Program
Produced by Laizer@ChabadVideos.com

Over 500 people pay tribute to Founders and Educator of the Year

An inspiring program and a large community turnout combined to create a truly memorable evening for Friends of Lubavitch of Florida and Lubavitch Educational Center. Highlights of the program included presentation of the "Hand in Hand" educational program for special-needs children, the awesome LEC Boys Choir and presenting awards to the honorees.

Lubavitch Educational Center has an integrated general and Jewish studies curriculum that provides each student with a superior academic and Jewish education. In addition to a full curriculum of Hebrew and Jewish Studies classes, students receive comprehensive instruction in language arts, math and social studies. Specialists in art, music, computers and physical education round out the students' educations. The emphasis is on overall development and self-confidence.

Lubavitch Educational Center was established over 37 and has served as the standard-bearer for Torah-based education in southeast Florida.

Two campuses serve the academic needs of a rapidly increasing enrollment , which is currently 680 students in preschool, elementary school, boys and girls middle and high school and rabbinical college.

Tuition charges are the most reasonable compared to other area day schools.

Scholarship assistance is granted according to a sliding income scale.

Classes are kept to a small size to promote individualized instruction and attention.

All preschool grades have at least one assistant in each class.

We have two state-of-the-art computer labs, each with 24 networked computers with Hebrew and English word processing capabilities and high speed Internet access.
An in-school tutoring program helps integrate children from every educational background .

Our alumni have gone on to earn degrees from leading seminaries, vocational schools, colleges and universities.
