What did that Anthony bloke want to happen ? Banishment for the Rubberbandits ? What bloody century are we in when Ireland can't hack a bit of craic in one of the most Irish ways possible.
And the woman was letting her underage children on youtube without supervision ? Tut tut, only because she's moaning about it I couldn't give a shit. If she thinks this is the most offensive thing her kids have seen on the internet, then she'd want to wise up.

You are right Anthony there are more pressing issues in Ireland at the moment so go call up a radio station and wax lyrical about them, don't be concerning yourself with the small shite. Oh and go buy yourself a sense of humour! I've never used a drug in my life (cigarettes included) and i think this song and video are hilarious. Its not making light of the drug issue its making a JOKE. You should try it some time.

It puts Limerick on the map for the lads' creativity and wit, they are very articulate in explaining the rationale of the irony of their characters to those who just can't get past the "fruity" language and explicit themes.
Their target audience obviously gets it and I think the upturn in home-grown and self-initiated irish comedy is fantastic & I'm impressed Mr. O'Dea also can appreciate this.
It seems that perhaps poor Joe's daily exposure to negativity isn't helping him see the funny side.
