My 1991 Mitsubishi Galant LS

Not bad for $500! Got it from a lady who had it 9 yrs, took care of it! All original still except my bluetooth radio! Everything still works, power windows, locks. Not a VR-4 but good enough for me! 190k miles, I've done 15,000 since the vid. Hard to find *nice* cheap cars like these anymore- tell me what ya think- A good deal or...A good deal?

ooo, it is a GREAT deal! we were both lucky, managed to pull one just like that X) - got me a 1991. Lancer in original condition and pristine shape for half price! Best car i've owned, i can imagine how it is to drive a class higher car of the same sort!

i'm not into new or expensive cars, but your Galant is one of the few

cars that would still turn my head!:D oh, and props for vid, atmosphere just feels so positive! +'d

@bluemoondiadochi Wow a Lancer those from that year are hard to come by! Thanks this vid is 2.5 yrs old, it has almost 200k miles now, still driving, great car! Best wishes to yours, beats newer cars for sure! Oh I liked the atomsphere too :)

My dad bought me one for that needed a different transmission. so we got one from the junkyard and changed it in the garage. Car is awesome for a first, but someone threw a bigger than average rock at my windshield like a D so now we have to replace that. haha Like you said, not a Vr-4 but good enough for me!

@enjoiSHISNO Right on! Well since this video I have put another 20k on mine, pushing 194k miles and still doing ok. Its SO smooth and really solid. I hope you have no issues after the new windshield! Thanks for the story :)

oh, and you did netter in price segment! 500 bucks is impressive! mine was round 600 euro, that's round 700 bucks! good, solid, second hand cars like that are better than modern new ones, to me!

and they sure do beat all new cars! no electronics, computers, no fuss, only bussiness, simple, reliable, high quality!

mine's under 60k , garaged 18 ys, and these engines do 400k no prob! it had a crash in its rear bumper, new car's plastic front was destroyed, and i still drive it like this, you have trouble even seeing the dent! i just have to hammer rear bumper out! XD
